- Sort by Property. For each property, create Unit Type
Right now it is setup by Unit Type. It is kind of confusing. We would like it to be sorted by property first, so when they log in and click Property, they should see the following properties. Once they click on the property, they should be able to get to the Unit Types for that particular property. I’d prefer they didn’t go to a different page. Either the Unit Types dynamically appear below or in the property box, or maybe they’re statically inside the box to begin with? And then each is presented as a separate button that you can click and it would take you to the page for that Unit Type? Something like that…
Here are the properties and subtypes.

- Add additional properties.
We never added 1029 Ridge and 701 Lucinda. These need to be added. I have some pics for 1029 Ridge, but not for 701 Lucinda. They’re pretty large. Not sure if you have an FTP site or something that I can upload them to. No 3D views.
3. Set Availability by Unit Type. But it should roll up to the Property.
So we need the ability to toggle each Unit Type between Available and Not Available. The wording needs to be changeable to say something like “Now Available for Fall”.
So here’s the tricky part, and I’m not sure how you want to do this. If a Unit Type is Available, then the Parent Property also needs to say Available. Only if ALL Unit Types are NOT AVAILABLE, should the Parent Property also say NOT AVAILABLE. Make sense?
Regardless of if the property is available or not, you should still be able to go to the Unit Types and look around.
We want the AVAILABILITY signs to be as noticeable as possible. At first glance, the user should have no mistakes whether something is available or not.
- For Available Units, remove all buttons except for APPLY button.
Sonya’s point is correct. We don’t need the “Check Availability” and “Schedule a Showing” buttons. If the property is available, the “Apply” button will be there. If not, the button won’t be there and the user really can’t do anything.
- Under the Properties menu, remove all subs. Just Properties for now.

At first, we were going to add the Aurora properties as well, but that’s a moot point. Since there’s only the properties in DeKalb, let’s just take out the submenu and just have Properties.
- Expand the main menu bar.

Sonya doesn’t like the main menu bar being kind of separate from the rest of the page. Please expand to the width of the page.
- A brief training.
We would like to know how to do some basic things so that we don’t have to keep bothering you with trivial things.
- How to toggle units between Available and Not Available
- How to add items to the FAQ. How to add sample documents to FAQ.
- How to change the rent amount.
